why cant i get a free template it sent me a e-mail conformation and i tried validated but it requiring me to enter all info again

We have been updating the backend to add more template options. It looks like we have a issue right now and I will have the tech person correct this as soon as possible. Hopefully it will be corrected today.

I have tested the download process and it works fine.

I have looked and I don't see where you have validated your email address.

So are you receiving a email that has a validate link in it? ( do you have a spam filter on your email ? )
After that, once approved you will receive another email with the download zip file link.

same thing still happens. recieved e-mail saying it was fixed but it still happens
